I never said it was anyone's fault. You were already taking a risk in informing two people you were unsure of because it was necessary that the others would still know if anything happened to you.
That is exactly what you're implying though. You are criticizing the control of information. Well, I controlled it. If you think you can organize something better, you are free to try. The thing that made me the one capable of it's gone, and I got her eaten.
We do not have a solid idea what happened to the information after you passed it to us. The fact that people are unsure of who to trust and are trying to feel each other out probably got her eaten.
And it is not productive to dwell on what has already happened. I prefer to know how it happened and what led up to it.
